Return Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent Elle & Alix silk bedding order, we will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition, with original packaging. Return items must not be washed. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, less shipping fees, upon processing of the returned item(s). You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

The full amount of your purchase will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice. Merchandise that is older than 30 days from the original ship date cannot be accepted.

All sale items are not eligible for return or credit.

Making an Exchange

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Specify the exchange item and the new color or size on the return/exchange form or contact us at [email protected] Include the form in your return package.

If you are exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of Elle&Alix or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery.

Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.
